I have a 2013 Volvo S60. I was having issues with my car key fob. I ordered 2 key fobs. Would anyone like to guess how much 2 replacement key fobs cost? $1,000 dollars!!!!! INSANE!!! I know dealers make the majority of their money on service but just insane. $600+ 2 fobs (NOT THE KEY JUST THE FOB) $300 for programming $100 for software Not sure if this is just a Queens Volvo issue but disgusting!!!! 2013 car!!!! Beware!!!

There is always something wrong with the car’s media display. It shuts off or glitches since I first got the car two years ago. The service team ‘fix’ the problem only for it to glitch once again. I got the car back Saturday and it glitched again on Thursday, 5 days later. Also, when I picked up the car from service, it was left unwashed. It was difficult to contact service to make an appointment due to a “full mail box” on the appointment scheduling extension. After calling a general number and pressing an extension not intended for appointments ,I was able to speak to a very polite young lady that assisted in booking my appointment. I needed a tire replaced using the Tire and Rim service plan I paid additional money for when I purchased my new vehicle. I got my car service done few weeks ago, great after service, fast feed back.

Brought my XC60 for its yearly service and inspection. I didn't wait for it so they got me a Lift home. They were busy that day so I got notified when my truck was ready. It was rather late so they couldn't wash the car off. They told me I could come anytime in the next few days and they will do it for me. I did that the next day and I waited about 10, 15 minutes and it was done. all in in all it was great and seamless experiance.

Although the dealer / service was kind, helpful and tried their best to fix my defected Apple Car Play system, i t was not their fault to be unable to repair it after 5-7 times. They are the nicest they can be. Gail

The service center did their best at trying to fix my Apple Car p,any system. They had to I stal an entirely new unit of a new factory installed Apple CarplaySystem. In the process of doing that , it wiped out all other information such as my radio, stations, connection to Serius radio ( the satellite connection) all stored phone numbers.

Prompt appointment, pleasant staff, answered all my concerns and more. stayed in waiting room, comfortable space. No Charge since they couldn't remount my interior mirror and suggested a new windshield. Decided to go back to my insurance for a replacement windshield and the mirror was remounted.

Was a smooth drop off and pick up experience. Unfortunately, there was no communication and my car was there for over five hours. I received an email stating I needed an alignment and I would receive a call however I never did and by the time I called myself, they said they were unable to perform it. Was definitely not a great experience and because of this now I have to go back again to have an alignment performed after spending my entire day waiting for my car.

Someone suggested I go to Volvo Queens for service and I now love my car. The service dept is honest and reliable . They listened to the my complaints and worked diligently on resolving the issues. Next car purchase will be with them.

Service center is not focussed on customer satisfaction. They seem inattentive and miss items that should have not been missed like resetting engine diagnostic alerts. I have had to return to service center on numerous occasions because service was not completed properly first time. I have told service advisor I was not happy and I have given feedback in survey. Nothing seems to change. And I have never been contacted by management to see why I was unhappy. This is my second vehicle from this dealership.
